LE STATIONNEMENT ET BONNE LITERIE

Aucun ménage fait dans les chambres durant notre séjour (lits pas fait) pas de papier WC il faut le demander à la réception et en plus lavabo bouché.. Pour le petit déjeuné plus de confiture en rupture, pour le jus d'orange les croissants les yaourts obligé de réclamer et j'en passe c'est la première fois que je vois cela dans un hotel pour les animaux 10 euros par jour je ne suis pas contre mais avec aucun ménage de fait dans les chambres c'est un peu exagéré

"Nul, raté, désagréable ! Les photos suivront..."

J'avais réservé chambre adaptée PMR, ce ne fut pas le cas. Pas possibilité d'accéder au WC, ni lavabo, ni douche en chaise roulante. C'est LAMENTABLE. Je vais écrire Une réclamation et espérer un remboursement ! Vraiment très déçu, heureusement que le personnel est cordial.

Que la chambre ne soit pas celle que j'ai réservé et pour laquelle j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation. Etre en chaise roulante, n'est pas un choix de ma part mais les suites d'un grave accident professionnel. Je n'exige pas des égard pour moi, mais si on me confirme d'avoir une chambre adaptée et que je ne peux pas accéder au WC c'est grave !

Le manque d'équipements linge , pour une chambre avec lits doubles il est indispensable de mettre à disposition un jeu de 4 serviettes surtout lorsque celle-ci dispose d'un bain.

Tringle rideaux en très mauvais état. Décrochage du tissu. A revoir avant de faire rentrer les clients . Tartre déposé dans cuvette WC ; utiliser produit adéquate pour le nettoyage
