Not much.

This hotel is outrageously overpriced for what it offers. For the rates they charge, I expected at least basic functionality and minimal service. Instead, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. The internet did not work at all. Not slow, not intermittent, completely unusable. This alone makes the hotel unacceptable, especially given the price point. Service was equally terrible. Staff were indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. The low point was the bathroom. The toilet was clogged and unusable. We immediately reported the issue and explicitly stated that it was urgent. Nobody showed up. We waited over an hour with no follow-up, no explanation, and no apology. Charging premium prices while failing at the absolute basics is unacceptable. Poor service, broken internet, and an unusable bathroom are not minor inconveniences. They are deal breakers. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

La alcoba daba al frente del área de eventos y las dos noches hubo música a alto volumen hasta muy la madrugada. A los colchones les colocan unos “protectores” acolchados q vuelven la cama demasiado blanda para quienes por problemas de espalda dormimos en colchón duro. Al llegar no teníamos la reservación realizada por Booking, tras de q nos hicieron esperar un buen rato, nos metieron en una habitación q no fue de nuestro agrado según se había solicitado, así q nuestra vista inmediata, fue un techo pintado de verde. No pudimos gozar de la piscina porque es demasiado pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría y soy nadadora. El gimnasio igualmente, no llenó nuestras expectativas; el de donde residimos es incluso más dotado y grande. La recepción nos comunicó con la farmacia y nunca recibimos las medicinas solicitadas. En el buffet del domingo asisten muchas personas y no dan prelación para asignar mesa a personas como mi madre de 94, años y mi esposo, ambos con uso de bastón.
