The room was spacious and clean. Appreciated towel and empting trash each day. I'd stay again!

Room was not cleaned well... items left in refrigerator, change laying on the bench in room, brown smudge (makeup? or something i dont want to think about) on the bathroom wall by the lightswitch. Smelled musty in the room. Toilet leaked water on the floor and had to be flushed multiple times usually. Kitchen has a stove but no dishes of any sort to cook with so pointless to have the kitchen area. Seeved it's purpose for a bed to sleep in, but not worth the amount we paid to stay... definitely could use some improvements.

Dirty floors, got downgraded and didn't get the refund I was promised because they cancelled my reservation. Gross and air conditioner sucked.

The fact that my reservation got cancelled, so the room I reserved was no longer available, got downgraded and promised a refund which didn't happen, the floors were so dirty, worthless air conditioner, worthless soap, breakfast was so late that was pointless, no coffee till 7 am and not close to anything, no coffee in room

Great value

The manager was excellent at check in. Answered my questions and provided solid answers. Just remember, this is not a 5 star hotel. It provided a nice room, a good bed and AC for what we thought was a very good price. Too often, we read reviews that the guest seem to think they are staying at the Ritz, which is not fair as they are not paying anywhere near ritz prices.
