The hotel and staff especially are great. The location is also very central.

Experience was okay till they started hounding me for a review through repeated calls and whatsapp. That too during work hours. So here’s your 1 star review team radisson, just not in the way you’d expect :)

The location is perfect . You have multiple options to eat, street food, fine dine etc. The hotel is clean and neat and service is fantabulas.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences in Indore, especially considering we had booked an Executive Suite and two other rooms. The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of basic etiquette from the staff, particularly a receptionist named Sakshi. Her behavior was outright rude, repetitive, and extremely unprofessional. There was a minor confusion regarding breakfast occupancy (whether it was for one or two people and only for other two rooms). I clearly mentioned that we would finish breakfast and settle any extra charges afterward. Despite that, she came back and kept interrupting us repeatedly while we were eating saying the same thing again and again. This is not how hospitality works. There are basic manners you do not repeatedly interrupt guests while they are having their meal. It was embarrassing, disrespectful, and honestly INSULTING in front of everyone. What’s worse is that we were already overlooking multiple issues: - The fridge in the suite was not working - The TV had problems - Basic expectations like fresh fruits were missing We chose to ignore all of that. But this kind of behavior from staff is absolutely unacceptable. If your team cannot handle simple situations with grace and professionalism, then the entire experience falls apart. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back!"
