The Muse Hotel Boracay

今回は2019-20の年越しで利用しました。 台風の影響を受け、最上階は利用不可でした。 他のホテルもですが、計画停電時ありでした。 116号室を、利用。 入口から近くて便利。 ただ、隣の外ではスキューバーの青空教室をしてるので、カーテンは開けれない感じです。 プールも地下にありますが、すこし薄暗い感じ。 朝ごはんは、オムレツや目玉焼きがオススメ。 そんなに種類はありません。 スタッフは感じの良い方もいてます。 お風呂のお湯はちゃんとでます。 タオルはよい香りでした。 一階部分に中華系の海鮮料理店もあります。

When we got there, they didn't have us checked in even though it says here that they do 24-check in.They said that they were having our rooms cleaned that was why they couldn't give us a room right away. hWhen they finally gave us a room, they were very dirty and not pleasant to look at. Especially the bathrooms. In addition to that, the hairdryer and the wifi were both not working. The staff of the hotel were very nice though.

The absolute worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at in my life. It’s more of a grimy hostel with bigger rooms. The room was filthy, the staff completely oblivious to even almost caring. Would argue with you instead of help. No beach chairs, no amenities, a true 1 Star piece of garbage. The rooms we do gross. Thick coat of dust on the bed, stains and dirt on walls. Old showers, the toilet leaked. Nightmare, never stay here.

Great amenities, friendly staff and very clean.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND VERY NICE

화이트비치 바로 앞에 위치. 메인로드에서 들어가려면 골목길로 걸어가야하는데 캐리어 끌고 다니기 불편함. 그래도 화이트 비치가 바로 보여서 굿! 조식 식당은 2층에 있고 창가쪽 뷰가 정말 좋음. 조식은 간단한 정도라 기대는 마시길... 혹시 보라카이G 호핑예약하신 분들은 걸어서 스노우카페까지 10분내에 도착하고 배타고 내리는 곳이 호텔 바로 앞쪽임! 옐로우캡피자는 바로옆에 있고 스타벅스,조니스그릴(스타벅스2층)까지 걸어시 1분이내, 디몰까지 5분이내 실내수영장은 있으나 한번 들어가고 안들어감. 침대는 그냥보통이고 냉장고 성능은 시원찮음...에어컨은 시원한 편 그리고 호텔 바로앞에 액티비티 삐끼들이 있는데 절대 눈길주길 말길.. 웃으면서 바가지 엄청남ㅠ.ㅠ 할려면 무조건 흥정 디스카운트! 보라카이G나 와그 핑크라운지에서 말통하는 한국분들과 현지 가격알아보고 흥정하세요 와이파이는 있으나 맨구석방이라 그런지 잘 안터짐..로비는 잘터짐 그리고 뒷쪽 방은 뷰를 기대하지마시길... 식당창가에서 바다보는걸로.. 비치타올 기본으로 빌려주고 혹시 튜브가지고 가시는 분들은 카운트에 부탁하면 옛날 자전거 펌프로 호텔직원이 땀 뻘뻘흘리면서 넣어줌..^^:

I. Will rate it A 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star hotel .. It’s newly renovated n d rooms r spacious. D management r inexperienced , they used a trainee to check us in, it’s past 4pm ,they make us wait for our room , then told us d Aircon was not working , they put us on d 5th Fl, but the elevator was not working . the room they brought us on the 5th Fl turn out to be occupied, more waitIng till we got our room.. D mandatory Christmas Eve dinner was a ripped off, it doesn’t even include a pops or coffee or tea.

The Muse has one of the best locations right on the beach. It’s only a few minutes walk to good restaurants, bars, and the D’Mall.

Good: Location, beside the beach. Bad : Can't check-in before 3pm. We are total 4 pax, but room amenity is only 2 sets. Nobody was using swimming pool, cause still under construction in pool floor. Shower booth was not available beside pool. Lower ground/ 3rd floor/ Rooftop is still under construction. Wi-Fi was not good in SEA view room(no problem in Lobby). No slipper in the room. No foot shower booth at entrance, so a lot of sand in the room. Breakfast started from 7am. Check out is 11am and there is no shower booth after check out. So once check out , can't play in the sea.
