福岡タワーが、目の前で、孫達も感激していた。特典が、たくさんあった。フロントの、対応が、テキパキして感じよかった。

朝の朝食のメニューが、ちよっとがっかりした。外国の、方が多くてマナーが、悪かった。

We had specially requested (at the time of booking) to make available some vegetarian dishes in the breakfast. we stayed there for five days (which is much more than what people stay in five star hotels) and only on one day we were provided a vegetarian dish. A five star hotel of your repute should be aware of the fact that just providing salad, fruits, bread and cereal is not enough for anyone who is making a special request for vegetarian food. And it was unlike 'Japanese Hospitality' to not to address this issue during our entire stay.

お掃除が行き届いていてとっても気持ちよく過ごせました✨ 景色も最高ベッドも寝心地が良くとてもリラックスできました 11時までゆっくりできたのもとっても良かったです。

これは改善は難しいかもですが残念だったのはバスタブのところにシャワーがなくシャワー室が別だったこと今回、右手が麻痺、足も力が弱くなっている母との宿泊で体や髪を洗ってあげるのがとても大変でした。私たち自身もシャワーがバスタブサイドにあるととてもはいりやすいのでそれだけが残念でした
