"It was ok for resting but they need to get a better cleaning crew."

Location was good.

We had to ask to switch rooms. The first one the bathroom was gross and wasn’t clean properly, we saw cockroaches on the shower and it smells like piss. Then the second one was a little bit better but a couple of hairs on bed.

Nothing. Horrible experience. Staff member August was the worst front desk representative. He should be trained on how to work with the public.

The front desk employee who told me his name was August like the month ( he could have lied about his name). He was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that NONE of the TV’s on the property weren’t working and he didn’t know why!
