The bed was super comfy and it was the right location for my trip

No TV, the sink was coming off the wall, the shower curtain was torn, it was moist in the street outside, the blinds wouldn’t stay open, the toilet paper was poor quality, the toilet seat mountings were broken, there were some insects walking about the floor in my room

Staff was not accommodating

Nothing for the price , I stay on better place

Was cockroaches, no shampoo or conditioner, no tv,noise, people smoking outside,smell you can smell the weed in the room.

Property was quiet and relaxing

Sheets were very dirty at first I thought my babies have dirty them so I requested for more but they were also dirty

The location is good, right off two major highways. It does the job if you're trying to stay a night or two in LA without breaking the bank. If you walk around the neighborhood directly north east of the building, there's a lot of cool mid century suburban style homes with cool landscaping. The day staff is super friendly.

Despite the day staff being extremely friendly, the young guy working the front in the evening was pretty rude. The sink in my room had been through hell and was literally hanging off the wall, just barely usable. I was afraid if I touched it, the thing would snap the rest of the way. The lighting in the the room was the super bright white LED type, and somehow only managed to light the area immediately surrounding the light itself. Also, the sound in the courtyard bounced around and was super loud in the room. I could hear every word of someone's phone convo as if they were sitting next to me.
