Room size was appropriate

​I stayed at the Holiday Inn Twentynine Palms for two nights and the experience was a complete failure in hospitality. For a stay costing $470, one expects professional service; instead, I received incompetence and disrespect. ​At 4:00 PM, our room had still not been cleaned. We intentionally vacated the room for an hour to give the staff space to work. Upon returning at 5:00 PM, the beds were still unmade—the cleaning lady had done nothing but empty the trash. ​When I asked for an explanation, the staff member was rude and arrogant, dismissively stating she "didn't have time." It is unacceptable for a room to be ignored after an entire day. Housekeeping is a basic requirement, not an optional luxury. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and insulting. "No time" is not an answer when guests are paying holiday rates. If you are visiting Joshua Tree, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Clean, good location, free parking and plenty of breakfast options.

The directions as to distance from NP entrance - as it was not the main entrance as we expected. This was equally our fault as we didn't do our homework. Recommendations for restaurants were helpful from desk staff as Yelp was not.

Hot tube not working, seems like no one wants to fix things here. Access to the pool requires multiple detours because doors don‘t work

I stay here when i visit my son in law in the Marines and daughter, it's very comfortable, clean, friendly, and great breakfast.. I will always stay here when visiting.. great staff

Only a couple of the doors to parking lot in back and side broke but staff was very helpful with that but nothing love it

It wasn’t crowded because there weren’t many customers.

The facilities felt a bit old and seemed to need maintenance. There was no tray inside the microwave, and there was leftover coffee from a previous guest. Some breakfast items were not refilled when they ran out. The lobby lights were broken and kept flickering. The water fountain was also out of order. The staff also seemed understaffed and were not very friendly. They asked us to come down to the lobby to get what we needed instead of bringing it to us.
