La ubicación con vista al mar

Las habitacion de pareja tiene las lámparas cerca de la cama y la luz es molesta, la nevera que se encontraba en la habitación no funcionaba y el baño no tenía la mitad de la puerta lo que hacía que el agua se saliera de la ducha.

Salida a la playa

Por error en el momento del check-in me cobraron un valor diferente al de la reserva, el proceso de reembolso del cobro adicional no se ha hecho pese a que realice la solicitud como lo solicitaron y que pasaron los 20 días hábiles, ahora no responden y no me reembolsan mi dinero, sabiendo que fue un error de ellos.

La ubicacion queda al frente de la playa. La comida ok, el desayuno aceptable.

Es un hotel viejo para ser de la cadena del tequendama deja mucho que desear, habitaciones sucias, camas viejas y mal cuidadas, en las fotos se ve unas instalaciones y la realidad es que la piscina es un desastre es super pequeña y desaseada. el wifi molestaba a cada rato, casi no se encuentra la puerta de entrada. La ducha era electrica y fallaba.

Creo que los empleados ponen todo su empeño en satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes, son amables y colaboradores. Ellos hicieron una estancia muy agradable.

La carta: no hay postres. Personal: es imposible que una sola persona esté en el restaurante, el area es muy amplia y tiene dos pisos, esto dificulta cubrir todo. Igual en recepción,una sola persoba es insuficiente. En la habitación, no había toalla de manos y nunca la colocaron. Ante la explosión del transformador, hubo que esoerar que llegara el de mantenimiento para conectar la planta al ascensor y yo estaba con mi mamá que está en silla de ruedas en el 4 piso.
