Trotz der Lage sehr vertrauenswürdig und sauber

Die Lage direkt im Bahnhofsviertel Frankfurt war für mich noch ok , aber vielleicht für andere nicht

Great location - next to the train station. Comfortable and clean room. Delicious coffee and breakfast. The employees are polite and friendly, and they even provide an iron with an ironing board.

I didn't like three things: 1. There is no way to wash things. 2. Wi-Fi in the room was not stable, so they mainly used the Internet of the mobile operator. 3. We were not allowed to wait in the lobby until morning. In advance, I announced that we would arrive in Frankfurt at 2 am and that I would be with my wife and eight-year-old son. I was warned about the possibility of early check-in if rooms were available, but I was not informed that I would not be able to wait in the lobby until the morning. Or we could change the dates of stay in advance. So at night, I had to look for another place in an area that cannot be called safe.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, εξαιρετικά καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με παροχές καφέ και βραστήρα. Υπήρχε επίσης η δυνατότητα επιλογής ελαφρού σκεπάσματος αντί για πάπλωμα, κάτι ιδιαίτερα θετικό για όποιον το προτιμά. Ο χώρος ήταν απόλυτα ηχομονωμένος. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία είναι κάτι πολύ υποκειμενικό στην προκειμένη περίπτωση. Εγώ προτιμώ να μένω εκεί διότι είναι κοντά το κεντρικός σταθμός του τρένου και το αεροδρόμιο. Εξω από το ξενοδοχείο όλα τα τραμ οδηγούν στο κέντρο της πόλης σε δέκα λεπτά. Ωστόσο σαν συνοικία είναι βρώμικη, θορυβώδης και το βράδυ κυκλοφορούν αρκετοί μεθυσμένοι και όχι μόνο...

Η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου δεν επέτρεπε τη σύνδεση laptop στην τηλεόραση μέσω HDMI για παρακολούθηση περιεχομένου (π.χ. Netflix), κάτι που προσωπικά με επηρέασε αρκετά, καθώς ταξιδεύω μόνη και συνήθως περνάω τα βράδια βλέποντας κάποια ταινία ή σειρά. Επίσης, η περιοχή ενδέχεται να μην θεωρείται ιδανική για όλους. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, δεν αισθάνθηκα σε καμία στιγμή ότι κινδύνευα ή ότι υπήρχε κάποιο θέμα ασφάλειας.

Ich war mit meinem 8 jährigen Neffen vor Ort und habe noch nie erlebt, dass sich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eines Hotels so liebevoll, aufmerksam und zugewandt um Kinder kümmern. Das war ein großartiges Erlebnis, von dem der Kleine heute noch schwärmt. Demnach nochmals vielen lieben Dank dafür! Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof aus sehr gut und in etwa 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Imbisse gibt es einige im nahen Umfeld, was ich persönlich praktisch fand. Alles in allem waren wir absolut zufrieden.

Die Gegend um den Hauptbahnhof herum ist wirklich nicht sehr einladend, gerade wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Das wussten wir aber vorher und waren darauf eingestellt. Die Betten waren mir persönlich etwas zu weich, das empfindet aber jeder anders. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Habitación grande y limpia. Buena ubicación cerca del tranvía y si vas en coche en 15 minutos estás en el centro. Parking en el mismo hotel.
