Staff was helpful and friendly, lobby area was nice. However, there was no hook in the bathroom to hang a towel, nor a small shelf near the sink, it was a bit inconvenient to place personal items.

Sehr freundlichen des und hilfreiches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Außerhalb der Frühstückszeit gab es Obst und Kaffee - das hatte ich noch nie erlebt. Der Raum, mit dem wir nicht einverstanden waren, konnten wir problemlos wechseln; die Alternative war sehr gut.

Ein Teil der Räume liegt eher im Kellerbereich. Die Fenster dieser Räume gehen nur in einen ca. 7x7m großen Entlüftungsbereich.
