The staff was nice and helpful. The place was mostly clean. The pool was well kept.

I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options. They don't change the sheets after 3 days like the sign in the bathroom says. They just make the bed. I had to clean the shower head because it had gunk on it.

We traveled to Smyrna primarily to attend the TN Renaissance Festival. The hotel was in a great location, near everything we did, including our meals, sights, stores, and dessert shops. The staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. The breakfast was great! The beds gave a comfortable sleep each night. We traveled with our grown children, so we had two rooms. I appreciated that we were across the hall on the same floor. We were concerned that we might end up on opposite floors or opposite ends of the hall, so it turned out as we hoped to be near their room, so that it still felt like a family weekend.

Though the hotel was in a good location, the noise from the interstate took some getting used to at bedtime. We did not bring pets, but we could hear the dogs barking at night. We understood that the rooms for families with pets were on the floor below us. However, we selected the hotel knowing that it was also pet-friendly because we still liked the location, value, and breakfast.

Lovely property. Great location. Staff very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was good.

We had a rough stay. The bathroom was dirty in our first room so we had to move up a few floors. The new room had a broken window shade so we had the street lamp shining through the window all night. Also the rooms face the freeway so it's loud all the time. Oh, and there were lots of stains on the couch, so that was gross.
