Absolutely loved it from the minute one to the last, check in was very easy and smooth. Gentleman on rception was very polite and helpful. Rooms was very specious and clean. Room service was great, our cleaning guy was so good and very imaginative with the bed making and stuff.Amazing city and amazing hotel.

There is nothing bad about this place. Best place best people.

Although we arrived late at night, there were enough staff available and they provided excellent support until we were fully settled into our room. As a pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded free of charge even though there were no issues with our original reservation. The hotel offered a wide variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, guests could dine at 4–5 different restaurants within the resort, and we never experienced any queues during meal times. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and all staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. We had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly return.

I genuinely could not find anything negative to comment on. Everything was well organized, clean, and professionally managed. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.

This was my third stay at Pickalbatros Palace Resort, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. The resort offers an excellent combination of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is varied and delicious, and the facilities are well maintained. The pools, beach, and entertainment activities provide a wonderful experience for guests of all ages. What truly makes this resort special is the professional and friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, making every stay enjoyable and memorable. After visiting for the third time, I can confidently say that Pickalbatros Palace Resort remains one of my favorite destinations, and I look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended!
