We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel was very nice, the staff were super helpful with the parking and everything we needed. We had a clog in the toillete and they fixed it right away.

The breakfast has some room for improvements, several things were a little bit dry and not fresh, could use some improvement.

Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών που κάλυπταν όλα τα γούστα, από φρέσκα φρούτα και αρτοσκευάσματα μέχρι ζεστά πιάτα και τοπικές γεύσεις. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα, ποιοτικά και συνεχώς ανανεώνονταν.

Η αρχική μας κράτηση αφορούσε δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ωστόσο κατά την άφιξη διαπιστώσαμε ότι επρόκειτο για δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα, κάτι που δεν ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας. Μετά από σχετικό αίτημά μας, το ευγενέστατο και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και πρόθυμα, προχωρώντας σε αναβάθμιση του δωματίου μας. Το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν σαφώς καλύτερο και διέθετε κανονικό διπλό κρεβάτι, προσφέροντάς μας τελικά μια πολύ πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης και η επαγγελματική στάση του προσωπικού αξίζουν ιδιαίτερη αναφορά και εκτίμηση.Ο εξωτερικός χώρος της πισίνας είναι όμορφα διαμορφωμένος και προσφέρεται για χαλάρωση, ωστόσο η εμπειρία του καφέ εκεί θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Συγκεκριμένα, η έλλειψη θέρμανσης στον χώρο καθιστά δύσκολη την παραμονή, ιδιαίτερα τις πιο δροσερές ώρες της ημέρας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει άνετα τον καφέ του. Η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης και η επαγγελματική στάση του προσωπικού αξίζουν ιδιαίτερη αναφορά και εκτίμηση.
