Vriendelijk personeel maar zouden meer met elkaar communiceren want geven de bezoeker soms tegenstrijdige informatie. Ook aan receptie totaal verkeerde informatie ontvangen betreffende lockers met slot. De lockers kunnen helemaal niet op slot en onze kaart hiervoor activeren volgend de receptie dus compleet overbodig!!

Onderlinge communicatie van het personeel. Zeer onduidelijke signalisatie in een complex gebouw! Mooi restaurant met veel glas maar oogt bijzonder vuil en slordig door de bedompte ramen.

"City of fire, letterlijk ervaren."

Ligging en de kwaliteit van de kamer waren goed.

Er ging een brandalarm waarbij een heleboel niet goed ging. 1) het alarm was alleen in de gangen te horen, niet in de kamers. Dat is levensgevaarlijk. 2) Eenmaal buiten stonden we op een kleine buitenplaats voor een gesloten deur, levensgevaarlijk. 3) we werden niet geïnformeerd, noch was er personeel te vinden. Levensgevaarlijk. 4) eenmaal telefonisch doorgedrongen tot de receptie was het weerwoord ( na de mededeling dat het inmiddels opgelost was) dat ze maar met 3 personen voor 125 gasten beschikbaar waren en dus niet overal konden zijn. Levensgevaarlijk. 5) het personeel had geen communicatie mogelijkheden (portofoon of iets dergelijks) om onderling te communiceren. Levensgevaarlijk. Samenvattend, bij een serieuze brand waren onze nabestaanden nu bezig geweest onze lichamen terug naar Nederland te krijgen. Advies: sluit het hotel totdat de geconstateerde tekortkomingen zijn opgelost.

I didn’t like all the fake (plastic) flowers like the white orchids everywhere. It kills the atmosphere of a spa hotel!!!
