Magnuson Hotel Extended Stay Canton Ohio

The front desk ladies were very pleasant .This is a hidden gem in Ohio very spacious clean and well maintained .Excellent staff would recommend to book again . Great customer service !

I enjoyed the improvised kitchen sink that was still dirty. As I started the water to help with the smell of unused and dry drain lines, a dry wall screw was holding the faucet handle on.

The location and appearance versus how it was advertised. One of the full sized beds was propped up and fell off it's "leg". The door lock was difficult to use and only one of the "keys" worked.

I paid for a king suite and it was a double bed and I went and inquired about it

Reserved and paid for a king room. When I get there I’m told they only have a double bed. Not even queen. Not what I paid for or needed. I would not go back

Clean. Comfortable bed Quick response from staff for entry. Courtesy call from staff prior to arrival advising us how to gain access if office was closed on arrival.

Property wasn't well lit and lacked signage to make it easy to find.

Extremely rundown. After a major renovation it would be nice thought. The suites are spacious, would provide a pleasant stay, but the current conditions...ahhh...At least the price is very fair. (and reflects the conditions at the hotel as well).
