"Great hotel"

We stayed here whilst travelling to Auschwitz. 45 min drive away. Very nice modern clean hotel. Big rooms. Great restaurant with lots of choice.

"Hübsches Hotel mit schöner Atmosphäre."

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum in mäßig ruhiger Lage. Von außen und innen sieht es warm und einladend aus, besonders der Wintergarten mit Kamin. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Service ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit sowie kompetent. Kann dass Hotel nur empfehlen. Meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden.

"About Hotel Diament Vacanza Siemianowice Slaskie"

The Hotel itself is really nice, clean and comfortable with a nice staff, however there were some drawbacks. First of all, it was extremely hot to sleep and there were no cooling options, just to open the window, what didn't help much. So be careful in the summer. Additionally, a wedding party was held in a hotel, thus everything was booked, even the restaurant. No chance to order the food for the guests. The surrounding of the hotel isn't very nice, drunk people walking in the middle of the street, low light and almost no options to find cafe or restaurant somewhere close, so we had to stay hungry. Thats is not fair for the guests. These two negative tings greatly reduces the overall good impression.

"Sehr schöne Hotel aber die rest miserabel"

Gab's keine Möglichkeit die die Handtücher trocknen lasen ein mal im 4Tagen(Stinkend und Nass) nach mündliche Forderung gewechselt. Haben schöne Zimmer nähe vom Klima Anlage oder große Ventilator in Nacht war die sehr laut. Fehlte wenigsten ein ausländische fernsehen Kanal. Internet war sehr schwach in Zimmer. Zimmer Ausrüstung z b ,Tisch Schublade ,hänge haken Kaput
