The Leela Palace New Delhi

This was our 4th stay at Royal Club. Unfortunately, this visit fell significantly below the standards we experienced previously. We were assigned Room 808 on the 8th floor. Upon arrival we observed the following issues: 1. Room condition: Visible mold and limescale on bathroom fixtures. 2. Bathtub: Persistent leak, blocked drains, and unpleasant odor. We also observed insects in the bathtub. 3. Response: We reported these concerns to your team immediately. While attempts were made to resolve the issue, the leak and odor persisted throughout our stay. Additionally, the service at the front desk was unsatisfactory. Staff did not display basic courtesy and showed little interest when we raised these concerns prior to checkout. Furthermore, I have requested our final invoice on multiple occasions. Each time I was informed it would be emailed, but I have not received it to date. Given our history as repeat guests, this experience was deeply disappointing. I request that you investigate the maintenance and service issues in Room 808, and provide the outstanding final invoice at your earliest convenience. Loved the size of the hotel - the old world grandiose nature with columns, sensational flower arrangements, massive doors polished floors. The rooms were and incredible size and beautifully appointed.

There was a construction site outside my windows so I couldn't open the curtains.

Tout était parfait ! Magnifique hôtel avec un personnel au petit soin, un bel accueil, de grande chambre très bien équipé. Un super petit-déjeuner dans un beau cadre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. I should admit that staff is extremely professional and genuine looking after you during your stay. We met in restaurant Qube Mr Sharma and I and my husband would like to thank this amazing man for making our holiday significantly different.His attention to details, genuine care, professional manners, very valued recommendations. We will definitely be back.
