Facilities and customer service were great. The styling was kind of fun - a little extra. When at its best, it feels like an oasis.

The room photography when booking as advertised was for a different room type but the booking was actually for a worse room than shown and described. The room was advertised as an inner courtyard room but was not. To be honest, the hotel was clearly extremely busy and It was all a little disorganised. The construction work on the building site opposite started at 03.40 on Monday morning with loud scraping and banging. It was not a very relaxing end to our trip but possibly we had too high expectations!
