Daily reception hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. Dog Policy: The property welcomes well-behaved dogs (up to 2 max.) of 50 lbs. or less at a per night and tax fee per night per dog. For dogs over 50 lbs. the fee is higher. Dogs must be declared at time of booking a room. Due to our insurance policy we are unable to accept the following breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Mastiffs, Bull Dogs, Chows, and Akita. Please contact property for prices. A cleaning deposit will be collected upon check-in. This fee is refundable at checkout upon room inspection. There is a fee that applies to cancelations outside of the 7 day cancellation window.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Beautiful place to stay"

Such a great place to stay on a beautiful lake! Would highly recommend it! The Manager Erick is very helpful always checking in while your staying there to see if you need anything. My family and I have stayed a few times and always have a wonderful time. Perfect place to paddle board and get away to have a relaxing time.

"Disappointed"

We were very disappointed. When we arrived at 3:00 we had hoped to sit by a peaceful, serene lake before the sun set behind the mountain. Instead, we got an hour of loud leaf-blowing......They should have that kind of work finished before the check-in time.....The hotel is written up as an all-remodeled hotel, but in the end, it is still just an old-style highway motel. The manager was very friendly.

Left a list of things that need to be fixed in the drop box. The smell of the cleaner is so bad you can smell it outside the rooms. We were able to move from 15 to 12 which was better. The staff was great. The grounds are lovely. Lots of places to sit outside, plenty of BBQ's. The bed was really comfortable.

"This place is a gem!"

What a delight this lodge is! The room was clean, updated, and well laid out for the 4 of us sharing a room, and the porch was charming and perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Eric was so nice and helpful (thank you, Eric!) and made our stay even more enjoyable! The lush green lawn between the lodge rooms and the lake was so peaceful and the view of the lake with the mountain behind it was picturesque. So many extras like the lawn chairs, the deck/patio space, the beach, plentiful parking, the little store nearby for forgotten items, not to mention the watercraft available to rent! A wonderful place to spend a weekend while enjoying what the area has to offer. 5 stars!
