Quarto espaçoso, café da manhã bom, localização boa

A equipe de funcionários precisa ser mais bem treinada para atendimento e serviço ao cliente. No momento do Check in a recepcionista parecia confusa primeiro falou que não havia quarto disponível ainda e que deveríamos retornar as 15h sendo que já eram 14:30, não ofereceu espaço para guardarmos as malas, 1 minuto depois ela falou que havia sim quarto disponível. Equipe confusa e despreparada para atendimento, esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas da rede bourbon.
