La posizione è ottima nella passeggiata di corralejo, il personale della reception molto professionale.

Sicuramente le camere bisognerebbe fare degli interventi,le polizie ottime.

Es necesario dotar a las piscinas de un mayor número de sombrillas.

La habitación excelente, muy amplia y la cama comoda. La piscina y zonas comunes muy bien. El personal excelente, amables y atentos. Las instalaciones en general están bien.El gym muy bien, con muchas máquinas y una persona para atenderte. Por cierto un punto a favor lo del espejo en la habitación.🫂😁

El menú de mediodía es repetitivo y no hay mucha elección. Durante la franja horaria del snack no reponen y se acaba en media hora. Solicitamos picnic un día porque no íbamos a llegar para la comida y nos dijeron que no había esa posibilidad.

The property has a lot of potential, great location, right in the centre of town, right next to the water park, bars, shops etc The rooms were clean and well appointed, two decent size pools, decent all inclusive drinks including cocktails and pour your own soft drinks and beer. The food was very good, with a decent well maintained selection at all meals.

Everything has a deposit, which has to be cash. you want a towel, €10, you want a small plastic cup for a drink €1 and the list of ways they try to get cash out of you, which is a real shame as a hotel that could feel 4 star feels more like a very budget 2 star. Then the pools, the pool which has the pool bar is obviously busier, we were a group of 7 so struggled to get a row of beds together, the top pool is more of a relaxed pool which had a lot more availability, so we settled there for the week. The first few days were great, we played with a ball in the water, had music on very low and was left alone as we were quite clearly respectable people not acting like hooligans. Then the lifeguards seemed to have a shift around and we ended up being shouted at continuously, no balls, no music, no splashing, no jumping and the most ridiculous, no handstands in water, the list of things you can do seemed to only consist of stand still. We ended up with the management team at the pool, and as a result five different groups of people left the pool area to squeeze in by the main pool, leaving on our three people by a huge pool to themselves.
