Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name. Please note that the Standard Double Room and the Standard Twin Room categories cannot accommodate extra beds. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. The pool and gym area are under renovation until the end of July/2022. Pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out on Mondays and is unavailable for use on this day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
