Staff was amazing , reception was top notch I will definitely come back .

Great property. Lots of activities onsite. Food is good mainly at the pool and beach. The hotel is starting to be a little bit dated. Great pool area. Families with screaming kids in the main pool should be directed to the kids pool.

Overall, it’s a great resort with a wide selection of activities ranging from golf to horseback riding. The spa service was also top class! One thing they could improve upon is the security organization. At times, it felt like there was too much surveillance with guests constantly being carded. One should not have to bear the burden of constantly explaining themselves to security agents when they are looking for peace of mind at a resort! They need to be more discreet with this in the future and ensure that guest hospitality is the number one priority.

The staff were great and went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable, but the property needs an upgrade!

I didn’t like the service and I didn’t like maintenance of the place.

You feel you’re always watched by the security guard. Breakfast dining area outside had many bees causing trouble. Very rude security guards.

Very nice hotel , rooms are great, the property has many activities from atv’s on the beach to zip line, horse back riding , go karts. Good hotel but the service at the coffee shops or restaurants aren’t so good
