Glacier & Mountaineer Lodge

Way, way over priced for a run down unit that was not cleaned properly and had a smell. Plus the unit was hot. It did have two fans but they were enough.

Beautiful views, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The gondola was under repair and work on it (including a loud tractor) started right outside our window prior to 8am. We realize that the work needed to happen - but perhaps the rooms at the front of the lodge could have been used first?

The resort had closed for the season so no where to go to eat and drink

房間很大很溫暖、舒適、乾淨，也有附洗衣機可以用，飯店外面有停車場可使用非常方便，而且櫃檯人員非常親切，我們有點晚才抵達，櫃檯人員留了很詳細的說明給我們，雖然我們還是不小心走錯棟，但電話中很快就幫我們解決了！

Very comfy bed, spacious sized room and easy free parking in the gravel lot outside. Ceiling fan was a godsend in hot weather (no AC) and overall it was pretty quiet at night.

Lodge is VERY dated and badly in need of an upgrade. Our room was pretty dirty (dusty, clearly not well cleaned prior to our arrival) and the whole place had a bit of an abandoned vibe with many listed amenities not available (ie hot tub, steam room). Staff overall not friendly (we also heard other guests complaining about this). Kitchenette barely stocked with almost comically tiny items (we had to reheat our dinners in 2 rounds because the bowls are so small.) They don’t provide enough coffee or filters for the length of the stay, no housekeeping during your stay… the whole vibe felt very much like they were cutting corners wherever they could.

Great location!! First time we have stayed at the base of the mountain. Very convenient!!

Our hot tub wasn’t working. And sounded like only because the one pad wasn’t heating under the cement. But the hot tub was working! Was frustrating. You want to use a hot tub after a long day of skiing. And we paid for one.
