"Disappointing"

Good location

We were told parking was included in the booking. Upon arrival, we were told the car was too tall, and only cars under 1m50 were allowed to park in the hotel’s parking lot. We were sent to another parking lot, which was 100 m down and was full. We ended up having to drive around for nearly an hour finding parking (which we had to pay extra for and offered no compensation for). The booking for the hotel clearly stated we would get parking included and it was frustrating to miss some plans we had already made while driving around finding parking.

Great location. Comfortable bedding. More spacious room than other hotels around Japan.

Fan didn’t work in our bathroom. Which meant it was constantly damp.
