"Clean and comfortable hotel in a safe area!"

I really liked the desk in my room—can be hard to come by in Japan. The staff were super helpful and kind, and the location was really good. Also, the hotel was very clean overall.

The bathroom in my room was a bit outdated and rundown.

"広島ではこのホテル"

本通り　平和公園　紙屋町　八丁堀に近く　ロケーションがいい。見晴らしがよく　眼下の平和大通の緑も綺麗で　海まで見える。 窓が大きい。サイドテーブルもあり　ゆとりがある。ロビーに椅子があり　静かで良い。

清潔だが　浴室の鏡の縁が少し剥がれていて　少し古くなったかな。

Great location for tourists. Good info available for travelling to Miyajima. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nice to have access to F25 for both view and free drink and snack availability. My room had a nice view (20F). I like it that the amenities are available in the lobby and you just take what you need - I think there is less wastage this way.

Inconsistent cleanliness of my room. For 2 days the hair in the bathplug (there on my arrival!) remained. It was removed on the third day. There was noticeable dust around the TV from the afternoon I checked in and still there when I checked out.

This was an excellent choice. Great location, great staff, great price, great facilities for what we paid. Would stay again. Largest room I've had in Japan.

Nothing for the price range we had.
