Cache Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

We had a fantastic stay. We upgraded to the balcony room with a private hot tub and this was perfect. The room was spacious, strong AC, clean and the maids were very pleasant and generous. Breakfast was a choice from a menu and all the food was cooked fresh, filling and good quality. The pool was cool and clean and also a good view from the roof top. We didn’t use the restaurant for a main meal but we did for drinks and they serve plenty of cocktails and have a party on with live music most nights until midnight.

La verdad uno va andar de vacaciones y andar en la calle pero a mí se me hacía bien difícil despertar y empezar el día temprano de tan agusto que estaba durmiendo 🙌 lo recomiendo son un amor!!

An excellent property for solo travel, our especially for couples. Great access to Playa Del Carmen restaurants and fifth Avenue bartender and host was great front desk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed help with a parking ticket.

Отель сам по себе вполне приятный. НО!!! Почти каждый вечер в отеле устраиваются какие-нибудь мероприятия. Звучит очень громкая музыка до полуночи или дрльше. Даже в номерах нужно говорить очень громко, чтобы услышал партнёр. После окончания музыки ещё 1-2 часа гости очень громко общаются. Да, и это периодически просто выставленный на аппаратуре ритм с обилием низких частот, стучащих по голове. Если вам нравится такой шум и возможность уснуть только около 2-х часов ночи, то можно попробовать "отдохнуть" в этом отеле. Я пыталась разговаривать с владельцем и персоналом. Увы, безрезультатно. А к чистоте и обслуживанию никаких претензий. Очень доброжелательный персонал.

Our stay was wonderful right up until checkout. The man at reception went to check our room and came back with a towel that he said was stained. My wife said it was not. He insisted it was and said he wasn’t going to return our deposit. I got mad and took the towel I bought from him. We went home with our towel. Washed it, and I am now HJ proud of owner of one WHITE used towel. We loved the place and everyone except the man at reception. We will not be back.

Cache Boutique Hotel was awesome! I'm not even a person who writes reviews but I have too! Lets get the 3 negatives out of the way. 1. The shower wasnt cleaned well. 2. Our room had a window next to the door where people could see part of our room. We had to be careful where we stood after getting out of the shower. 3. Stained/Sticky Balcony chairs. Now the good stuff! Alejandro at the front desk made our stay so amazing. He gave the best recommendations, very clear directions, super accomodating and literally always had a smile on his face. This hotel is super loud and lively every night until about midnight. Which husband and I didnt mind at all. I wish we had more time! Never got to get in the pool (which was heated at night!) and didnt get to try the on site restaurant which we heard from other guest was delicious. And they had nightly activities that we were always too tired for lol. We felt super safe, minutes walking to amazing food, beach, and the main avenida. Just overall the best location for a mix of city and beach vibes! We would highly recommend this hotel if location and hospitality are more important to you than glitz and glam! Side bar: they have a dedicated parking lot under the building (so our car was pretty much always in the shade!) but the morning of check out we realized we left our lights on and our battery was dead! Within 10 minutes we were helped by one of the guys Angel at the hotel who had jumper cables in his car! Truly a life saver!
