A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.

"This Place is looking a bit tired"

This hotel is starting to show its age. The location is great. The available parking is exceptional. The reception staff were friendly. The printer was out of order, so we could not print our boarding passes. The lack of availabile housekeeping was frustrating.

"Great stay overall! Would stay again!"

Rooms were clean and spacious. Starbucks coffee available in lobby. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking lot very convenient and safe. Close to shopping.

No microwave in room. No extra blankets for the pull out couch.

Pretty clean, comfortable beds.

When I checked in I wasn't told what time check out was not what time breakfast was in the morning. Whenever I have stayed at other hotels this is always communicated to me, friendly staff otherwise.
