0frecen habitación para adulto mayor, la cual es una habitación común y corriente, sin ninguno de los accesorios que marca la normatividad para este tipo de habitación. El servicio en el restaurante el pésimo y en el bar aún peor. una experiencia verdaderamente horrible

El hotel no se porque sigue siendo misión, esta en completo abandono en todos aspectos y aparte de eso súper sucio Es la peor experiencia en hoteles que he tenido Pues esperamos una cosa, por la cadena y no nos dieron mas que un lugar sucio y abandonado De hecho quiero mi rembolso Cómo lo puedo tramitar?

La habitación que nos dieron olía como a gustado, no tenía muy buena ventilación, el personal de recepción que nos recibió no muy amable, las llaves del lavabo del baño tiraban agua y salía muy poca agua caliente

Podria haber sido una perfecta estancia sin embargo hubo dos detalles importantes que no la hicieron buena, el mas importante es que HABIA GENTE ARMADA ENTRE LOS HUÉSPEDES DEL HOTEL y eso no fue nada de mi agrado ni es seguro, el otro fue un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso

La señal de internet es muy mala, los co troles de tv y clima fallan y no hay buenas opciones de programacion de tv. Lo bueno es que nos facilitarin un asador para hacer una carne asada.
