Prima volta in questa struttura , ma sul lago ormai siamo di casa . Hotel molto centrale, colazione ottima sia salata che dolce , camera silenziosa , abbiamo dormito bene . Personale attento e disponibile . Lo consiglio

"Not recommendable "

Sehr laut an der Hauptstrasse mit alten Fenstern als würde man an der Strasse liegen. Zimmereinrichtung sehr alt. Personal sehr freundlich. Verkehrsnah direkt an einer Tankstelle gelegen. Ich empfehle 50 Euro pro Nacht mehr auszugeben für einen besseren Standard.

We were at the hotel from the 21st to the 23rd August. Our room was not cleaned and the trash was not emptied, even though the hotel's description said that the room was cleaned daily.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Freunliches Personal. Zum See nur paar Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ausserdem ist um die Ecke, wahrscheinlich die beste Eisdiele Italiens.

Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!
