"Alles O.K."

Keurig hotel, onze kamer had een zeer groot terras, airco, goede bedden, badkamer ok maar douche was wel aan de krappe kant, goed verzorgd ontbijt buffet met ruime keuze, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, goede afgesloten ruimte voor de fiets. Alles goed schoon.

Great location, close to beach and close to bike road. Very friendly staff always keen to assist even there was no need. Suite with big terrace was clean and everyday made. Breakfast was very delisious serving variety of typical Prosciutto, cheese and others.

"Faulty Towers"

On arrival there was a note on the hotel door saying we had to travel to another hotel to collect the keys. We arrived by taxi and it had left. It was raining heavily and we couldn’t get inside. On phoning the hotel we were supposed to go to they informed us they didn’t have our key and didn’t know where it was 45 minutes later I received a call and had to walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain to another hotel to collect my keys. There were times the elevators didn’t work, the electricity went off a few times.

"Nice hotel in a great location."

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Riva Garda a block from the lake. Very clean... beds a little hard... amazing breakfast. The underground parking can be a challenge. Would recommend this hotel.

"Best staff ever!"

The hotel was in a good position. Being on the main road didnt matter, the noise wasnt a problem at all. The staff very SO GOOD! We wanted to do a tour and they went above and beyond to help out with any information they could find. I have not come across such helpful staff before and l travel quite alot. I would definetly recommend this hotel and anyone that asked. However, the restaurant across the road was terrible, do not go thee to eat if you want fresh food!
