Everything is superior except WIFi. If WiFi is important to you, you should not choose this one. The property condition is 5 stars!

Loved the grounds, hotel room, breakfast and the dog, Alfonso. The free bottle of wine was really nice! The staff was excellent! The only con was that the restaurant was closed. It was a Wed night.

The room is very dated, no wifi in room & wifi in lobby is very slow. The restaurant on site was not open when we there.

This place was amazing. I wish we had stayed longer. The rooms were nice, the grounds were the best. Wineries all around and Cascate di Molino is close. Best service and nicest people. Also the best breakfast of the trip.

Beautiful location and grounds. We are thinking of returning here for our wedding in the season. Unfortunately we stayed in November (out of season) so we weren’t able to try the restaurant or use the pool but we will definitely be returning. Bed was comfortable, room had a set climate control between 22.5-27 degrees, breakfast was traditional Toscana and coffee was nice. Some minor issues but they were addressed immediately.

This was just an absolutely beautiful location with the friendliest of staff. The attention to detail of everything involving our stay was extraordinary. Our group of six was treated to a private dinner outside under the stars rather than inside with all the other guests. The wait staff was attentive and told us about each dish and a little about the chef (or Momma) who prepared it for us. Rooms were clean and updated to include the best showers that we have had in Italy so far. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone who is visiting Italy. I give it 5 stars and would love to come back to visit in the future.

Evry think was good But the room smelled bad like they didn’t refresh it before

We went to this hotel to experience the natural Hot Springs near by. When we arrived they got us set up in our room and offered us wine (which we later found out we had to pay for). We asked about the restaurant on site and they said no it was closed, we asked about a taxi to the Hot Springs and they called but said nothing was available until after 4:00 pm. It was only 1 pm and would be getting dark right after 4. We said we would walk, even though it was 8 km away. They said they could have the driver pick us up at 4:30, but to eat while we were there because they didn’t have food (the snack bar at the Hots Springs was closed). They kept saying they were on holiday in November after their busy summer season. I don’t know why they are letting guests book while they are on holiday. Seems like it could have been a great experience if they were actual working and open!
