The New Inn is a Grade I listed building, and has no disabled facilities. Bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Check in times from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check ins only by prior arrangement. The nearest car park is Kings Walk (GL1 1EA) which is at the rear of the property. High vans should use Hare Lane North car park (GL1 1DF). It is free between the hours of 18:00 and 07:00 and costs GBP 3 per day Monday - Saturday and GBP 2 for Sundays. Passengers and luggage may be dropped off at the back door in New Inn Lane - close to Kings Walk car park. Please Note: The New Inn provides live music on a Friday night between 9pm & midnight and Karaoke on a Saturday night between 8pm & midnight - please be aware this is a city center hotel / bar and it can get noisy on the weekendsPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great place to stay in Gloucester City centre. The room was very clean and tidy. Fantastic and very helpful and polite staff. The bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite was clean and tidy. The oak room is great .

If you have a room above the courtyard, expect a little bit of noise. But put the TV on and all is fine. The other rooms are quiet.

Absolutely nothing.

We were charged 4 times the usual room rate during the Festival. There had been a fire, 2 people had to be relocated before my daughter and I arrived. We got offered the last 2 rooms. One was uninhabitable, it was cold, damp, and the radiator wasn't working.... the other one was cold, unpleasant and looked out onto the extraction unit of the kitchens, making a noise and leaking grease stains down the sides. They had to relocate my daughter to another "sister" hotel, which was also cold, no soundproofing and had black mould in the bathroom....She wanted to go home immediately and was crying and frightened.....The worst "3 star" hotel experience i have had in 50 years of travelling.
