The location is central to everything! Perfect. The staff are all lovely, warm and welcoming. The temperature is perfect when you’ve been out in the cold. All service exceptional and super friendly.

Nothing! There wasn’t anything to be unhappy about, altho the parking, which is nothing to do with the hotel, there could be an option to pay for 24 hours, rather than panicking in the morning to top up as it runs out at 9am. Again not hotel responsibility.
