Pleasant and courteous staff

Nice and friendly, clean warm decoration.

Very small room, couldn't actually sit on the toilet facing forward due to the sink unit. Just too small a bathroom. Not enough staff about to cover checking in etc. Had and no call bell to get attention. Breakfast was very nice but took over 30mins to arrive at the table. I may just of had an off day there but on the whole everything was good.

The hotel is slowly going downhill after the makeover. Staff very poor.

Its location for our visit to Stonehenge was perfect and the off-road parking was essential. As we walk in we were very impressed by the spacious bar/dining area. We enjoyed the comfortable chairs at the bar where we were able to play cards in the evening. The staff were very friendly/welcoming and helpful about local amenities within very close proximity. Our room had a huge, comfortable bed with all the tea/coffee/Nespresso equipment we could wish for.
