room fine fan supplied in very hot weather great. easy to park and access to room no problem although we did face the road which was a little noisy did not have breakfast NO FOOD available at lunch which was very disappointing and no signs up, on our arrival to indicate this.

not overly helpful staff, communications a little laxing Also not enough staff available leaving us waiting to order whilst they completed what they were doing? We have used this hotel for the past 4 years as our relations from U.S.A. were staying in Amesbury and had always been convenient for us to meet up there. In the past we had never experienced any problems with staff service or food available. We had no reason to thin k we could not eat there as we had always done in the past 4 years

Very good location for uss t visit our daughter. The staff were excellent.

There was an air conditioning unit near our windows, perhaps from the kitchen, but it went off before we went to bed.

The sarson room was fantastic with a real sense of history.

There was no fridge in the room and the heating and towel rail were both on during a heatwave.
