Au Site Normand

Cela fait deux ans que je viens dans cet etablissement pour la 1000D. Et bien je pense revenir l'année prochaine.

Locatie was schitterend. De kamers heel comfortabel, heel vriendelijk personeel

We verbleven er 3 nachten. Kaart diner is beperkt. We waren niet op de hoogte van de mogelijkheid voor half pension.

Hotel très agréable et propre avec un personnel gentil et très accueillant. Le massage relaxant à mon arrivée était exceptionnel.

Idéalement placé au coeur de Clécy, l'hôtel est absolument charmant, calme, agréablement décoré. Personnel très sympathique et restaurant délicieux.

Located well.

When we arrived the weather was sunny and dry, the reception couldn’t find keys to our room, so they put us in the room 15 that had stairs access to it. In the morning next day the rain started and while we were going down the stairs, I had a bad fall till the very last step hurting my arm, foot and hip. The stairs were slippery and unadapted to this weather. We made the staff aware that I hurt myself to which they replied that it’s too bad, but they don’t even have a first aid kit. We registered a complaint with the booking.com customer service. They told us they can ask the hotel to reimburse our stay, which is not what we are looking for here. The reimbursement for the night won’t help if there are complications from the fall. We’d like the hotel to take responsible actions and secure the clients experience and provide sustainable and safe facilities.
