Kamers zijn net en basic.

Het restaurant oogt koel, ongezellig en gedateerd. Oncomfortabele stoelen, zoals kerkstoelen. Een communard (rode wijn met cassis) als aperitief startte hoopvol. Maar de combinatie escargots-gepocheerd (koud) ei in een bruine saus was een teleurstelling. Zo ook de te hard gebakken saucisson Lyonnais. Alleen de zeer lekkere Ile flottante kon deze middelmatige maaltijd opfleuren. Evenals het bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.
