Hôtel du Parc

Hotel located indeed in a park on Limoges outskirts. Very tranquil green surroundings. Good quality hotel for the price, room very clean, bathroom and shower compact but adequate and very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the adjoining full size restaurant, can have dinner as well. Polite staff. Plenty of free parking. A great stopover in busy travels.

We stopped overnight on our way through France to Spain. The hotel was on an industrial estate, but amongst office blocks so not noisy. It was easy to find and not far from the motorway. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. There was a bar and restaurant and plenty of parking. The rooms were basic and very clean. Excellent value for money. Would stay there again.

I did a review of this hotel on line just after we had left, so here is another having time to reflect. We were in France on this trip for nearly five weeks, and without doubt, the restaurant at Hotel du Parc was by far the best value we encountered. The staff were excellent, and the food superb, you can always tell, locals flocked here to eat. Our room was small and not wonderfully appointed, but we only slept in it. And we did, it was comfortable and clean, and quiet. If in Limoges we would stop here again.

first impression was mmm but its a very nice hotel in fact staff very friendly and helpful rooms clean and quite within walking distance of a restaurant and a big supermarket and a 24 hour petrol station as well restaurant on site as well would stay again

Located near a park (not surprising, given its name), the hotel was tucked away and took us a moment to find. Check in swift and efficient, with some front desk English spoken. The room is pretty cramped and the bathroom is tiny. If you have much luggage, your movement will be restricted. Breakfast was a good value buffet, and recommended. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, but that looked like good value too. We were passing through and needed a clean, convenient and good value bed stop - this hotel delivered on all those criteria and is recommended to similar travellers for consideration.

A nice hotel - clean, comfortable, with efficient staff. Room/bed was good, but the bathroom was a bit on the 'closet' side!!Not a bad location off the A20 and about 10 mins from the airport. Restaurant looked ok, but we went over the road to the Campanile for dinner!!!! Had a bit of a problem finding it as the main road (about 1-2 kms away) had lots of roadworks (road improvements??) and confused my satnav (and me!!!)

A step up from the normal budget hotels complete with it's own restaurant. Good quite location not far from the motorway with it's own parking. Clean compact room but sadly the bathroom was so minute I find it hard to call it a bathroom, more an en-suite cupboard.
