The location was excellent, the staff really helpfully, I thought being so close to the Rail Station that it would be noisy, but it wasn't during the night, it was during the day, but we were out anyway, it was lovely to have chilled water available at any time.

I loved this hotel and will be back. It is straight across from the Basel SSB station and tram main hub so very convenient for getting around. They give you a travel pass which was super handy. Lots of information about the local area and the staff were super helpful. The breakfast was also great. A good selection of different foods to eat. It was clean, bathroom was perfect and the toiletries were luxurious and smelled great. At night it was silent so you get a good sleep. I also loved that there were some digital UK channels on the TV to catch up on the news back home. If staying in warm weather, bring your swimwear and ask them about swimming in the Rhine. Well defo be back to try this!
