"A bad experience."

Nothing. We did not stay.

The property is in the middle of an industrial estate. It is only accessible by car, we attempted to walk from the railway station (not having a car) and found ourselves walking in busy main roads without pavements. Therefore we decided we could not stay especially as it had been booked for five nights. Therefore hotel refused to consider even a partial refund.
