Slaapbank kapot, eerste dag gemeld er zou iemand voor komen. Niemand is gekomen na meerdere malen meldingen te maken. Ze vragen een borg als je aankomt die nergens is vermeld, doen dan moeilijk als je er meer om vraagt. Personeel is zo niet vriendelijk! La habitación estaba muy sucia, no habían cambiado los almohadones de repuesto , olía muchísimo a sudor . No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba la vitro para cocinar . Un desastre la verdad .

Nous n’avons absolument rien aimé !

Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument si vous tenez à votre santé et à votre argent ! Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. Chambre dans un état catastrophique, sol cassé, murs abîmés avec du bois arraché et noirci comme s’il pourrissait, propreté et hygiène clairement à revoir. À peine assis sur le lit, on a commencé à se gratter de partout, et tellement il y avait de la poussière j’ai éternué 7 fois d’affilée. Le bruit est insupportable, on entend absolument tout, les cris, les gens dans les couloirs, même les pas devant la chambre comme si les murs étaient en carton. Nous avions réservé pour une semaine complète et payé en plus une caution de 200 €… une caution pour quoi exactement quand tout est déjà délabré dans la chambre ? Arrivés à minuit, nous sommes repartis à 1h du matin tellement c’était invivable. Bien sûr, aucun remboursement ni geste commercial pour les nuits restantes, 277 € jetés par la fenêtre. Certes, pour 5 jours cela peut sembler raisonnable, mais même à ce prix-là, cet hôtel ne les vaut absolument pas! Heureusement, à 2h du matin nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel, le Blaumar Hotel, qui lui est magnifique. Hôtel 4 étoiles, beau, calme, avec un personnel agréable, chambre spacieuse, complète et propre, le tout sans avoir à payer une caution ! Enfin, je conseille fortement de lire les avis avant de réserver dans l’hôtel Salou Pacific Rentalmar et surtout de les prendre au sérieux. Ce fut une énorme déception!

I thought it was excellent value for money. The room was good and fairly well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The main problem was the noise from the work being done at the hotel next door and the dust it caused. But both of these were not the fault of Pacific rentalmar.

Spent a week and didn't have any problems with noise from other apartments or the corridor. The lifts were good, very little waiting.

Facilities. No kettle or toaster. One half sized toilet roll and a tiny soap bar on arrival. No bath towels just hand ones. If you are travelling light you will have to do a shop to get sorted with the basics.
