Room better than expected ,staff friendly and helpful, room clean

Both lifts out of order and was on top floor ,room window slanted window couldn't close properly and couldn't work out how to get TV on 9

Ruido, gritos y karaoke hasta tarde por el pub del alojamiento y el ascensor no funcionaba (estábamos en la cuarta planta).

J’y étais pour une nuit, bien situé dans la old town, près de la gare

Lit pas forcément confortable, peu de rangement, salle de bain petite

Location is good and the outside bar area has a good vibe.

When we arrived there was no one at the reception and we waited more than 30minutes outside in the cold until another resident opened for us. We tried calling multiple times even customer support who kept saying they will contact the reception but nobody was there. The reception is supposed to be 24/7 and we had also informed them that we were going to come around that time. Then when we finally went in the lift also wasnt working and we had to go up and down the strais with heavy luggages The room was okay, but not very clean. And the rubbish was never cleaned throughout our stay and our oom was also not cleaned even though we applied for it to be cleaned.

La posizione è molto comoda.

Tutti e due gli ascensori erano fuori uso, ed io ero in stampelle. Lo staff non ha provveduto a cambiare la mia stanza (che era al secondo piano). Trovo assurdo che una struttura che indica di essere accessibile ai disabili non lo sia.
