The reception is open from 17:00 to 20:30. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours please contact the hotel before 10:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that the family bed setting is subject to availability. Please note that city tax applies to all customers, including children. The pool is open from early May to late September. Please note that the pool is open from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. depending of the pool mandatory safety test results and the weather, the decision being left to the manager.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
