Residenza Porta Guelfa

We liked that the property was so close to Bevagna, just a 5 minute walk away. The pool is a huge asset in the hot weather and our room was great. The host was very kind and welcoming. The room was great.

We didn’t realise that it’s more self catering than a hotel. We thought that we would be able to get drinks or food and that there was a restaurant on the property. But it’s a lovely place and good value for money.

Location was excellent. 5 min walk to main street. Pool was refreshing. Garden surrounds were nice. Room had a lovely balcony. Good breakfast provided. Rate was good value.

The room and the facilities were tired and need a renovation. The rooms could have been cleaner. The sofa in our room needed replacing. The pool area needs to be cleaned up and the old plastic sun lounges require replacement. Air conditioning was broken (and the weather was hot) but we were provided with pedestal fans which definitely helped. With a bit more investment this place could be amazing.

Il silenzio, il verde, la struttura ( sia all'esterno che all'interno), il mini appartamento accogliente anche se senza balconcino, la piscina, la colazione si ordina ad un bar vicino tramite la compilazione di un foglio (anche se è stata fatta un po di confusione, hanno subito rimediato) , il gestore disponibile

La camera senza balcone, la prossima volta ci assicureremo che ci sia

Bellissima posizione vicinissima al centro di Bevagna e nodo cruciale per tante gite, colazione ben fornita di tutto quello che necessita e piscina utile per i momenti di relax +++++

Gianluca ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen - nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, so schmeißt man nichts weg. Auch die Wohnung kann täglich bei Bedarf gereinigt werden und es gibt regelmäßig neue Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und hat eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.

Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder sind teilweise älter. Man könnte mehr daraus machen und generell müsste etwas modernisiert werden.

Posizione ottima, a 500mt dal centro di Bevagna ma immersa nel verde. la piscina,molto apprezzata in queste giornate torride, la disponibilità del proprietario. Camere ampie e luminose

La struttura ha grandi potenzialità, ma necessita di maggiore cura. I mobili sono cupi e poco funzionali, l'angolo cottura è da rinnovare, gli arredi della piscina datati. ma soprattutto la pulizia: le finestre sono piene di ragnatele, lo scopino del wc sporchissimo.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Fahrräder konnten sicher untergebracht werden!
