The room we paid for is a suite and it is super nice.

Kitchen food quality and selection is not meeting our standard. As we paid 650 USD per night. Vegitables dishes are not a lot. We are here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the hotel knew it was before our arrival. But we don't see anything they prepared for us. A bunch of flower, a birthday cake, and birthday card, no, all no. That is a little bit unacceptable, as we stayed many other properties right after, as comparison, ICARO is the worst for this part.

La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Le personnel de service est très gentil.

L’hôtel manque de confort. Tout est dur, raide: les matelas, les assises, etc. Au prix du style architectural le confort est sacrifié. Salon petit, n’invite pas à la détente et au confort. Manque de professionnalisme au bar. Isolation acoustique entre les chambres très faible. La porte de la sdb et le VMC font beaucoup trop de bruit. Le staff de management ignore la clientelle.

We feel lucky to stumble upon this gem of a hotel. ICARO exceeded our expectations in every respect. Its location, accommodation, staff, spa and pool were top notch. We plan to come back here for a longer stay.

We liked everything. Except the dinner menu was a bit confusing.

The location of Icaro Hotel is stunningly beautiful. To me, this part of the Dolomites is the most beautiful place on earth. The outside pool allowed you to enjoy the view while stretching out your muscles after hiking. The saunas were exceptional as well. All the staff were incredible. Stephanie, Sarah, and all the front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. The dining room staff were so attentive and friendly. The dining room manager Giovanni went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. And the sustainable practices are so great. We loved how the dinner portions were small (but more than ample) which avoided food waste. Coming from the USA were there is so much food waste made us really appreciate this eco conscious approach. Bravo Icaro! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Everything about this place and the experience was 5 stars. The staff is very attentive, and a lot of places to walk around. Very clean, the best food, would def recommend

Great spot up on Alpe Di Susi! Wonderful view and great food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it was surprisingly noisy. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
