Great location. Walking distance to MCG and train stations. On a quiet street with easy parking. Older building that shows its age, but nice.

The property is well situated in that area. Staff are pleasant. Downside was the cleanliness of the room. Lots of black mould in shower area & doona on bed was smelly and stained badly.
