La signora della réception non è stata affatto professionale né particolarmente educata. Sembrava nervosa e stizzita, con l’aria di sapere tutto. Ho avuto un problema con la carta d’identità del mio bambino e, invece di mostrarsi disponibile, mi ha fatto la paternale come se fosse la mia maestra delle elementari, con un tono di superiorità. Il problema si sarebbe risolto in pochi secondi con una semplice delega, ma ha preferito inventare una storia assurda, riuscendo solo a rovinarmi l’umore nel primo giorno di vacanza.”

Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The pool isn’t heated so its cold in april but cant complain otherwise. Location was great
